Your future duties and responsibilities:

Strong experience with Java and JavaFX.
Experience building desktop applications with JavaFX.
Knowledge of working with GUI design in JavaFX.
Minimum 7 years of experience with Java and at least 3 years of experience with JavaFX.
• GUI design, event-driven programming, performance optimization, and understanding of desktop applications
• Previous experience with JavaFX projects that require complex user interfaces
• Experience working in small teams and independent problem solving
• Good at delegating tasks and coaching the more junior consultants

Basic Java skills
• Strong experience with Java SE (min. version 8, preferably newer).
• Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming in Java.
• Knowledge of collections framework, generics, and Java lambdas/streams.

JavaFX-specific skills
• Experience with GUI design and building user interfaces in JavaFX.
• Experience with FXML, Scene Builder, and customizing CSS in JavaFX.
• Understanding of event handling and binding in JavaFX.
• Experience with troubleshooting JavaFX applications.
• Integration and backend
• Experience with integration to RESTful APIs.
• Experience with integration between JavaFX and backend services.
