26000C0C — Application Support Analyst (Senior)
MISSIONS
- Build, troubleshoot, and support Front Office applications using C#/.Net
- Ensure real-time indicators (PnL, risks) produced by the Risk Engine are accurate and timely for traders
- Investigate production issues, including analysis of Greeks, PnL, and sensitivity explanations
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, RISQ, and ARD teams to design, implement, and deliver solutions on time
- Participate in global tool rollout initiatives
- Perform proactive code testing and conduct UAT directly with traders before release
- Provide follow-the-sun support for Asia to ensure smooth market openings
- Apply Agile and CI/CD methodologies to improve production stability and follow release/change management processes
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Collaborate on target architecture initiatives including decommissioning legacy Excel tools and implementing unified user interfaces
- Work closely with key stakeholders across products and systems requiring both functional and technical expertise
PROFILE
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of Finance, especially market risk processes and fixed income products
- Minimum 2 years of Market Risk and PnL experience
- Strong expertise in .Net C#
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with fixed income products
- Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Quantitative knowledge
LANGUAGE:
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
