Within the Business Systems and Solutions department, you will collaborate closely with internal customers, developers, and team members to enhance processes through client-oriented solutions, improve the overall efficiency of information systems, and deliver value by providing and ensuring effective finance processes and tools.
The primary focus of this position will be to maintain application configurations, conduct testing, provide support (issue management and request fulfillment), and deliver expert analysis for our current financial applications, including the ERP Oracle E-Business Suite and related tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide system administration, techno-functional support and training for finance systems
- Contribute to the standardization of finance policies and processes, focusing on efficiency and proactive monitoring
- Manage and maintain financial systems, including Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Yooz, and OneStream, ensuring seamless integration with ancillary systems to meet user needs and streamline workflows
- Provide accounting support for month-end closings, user training, and day-to-day troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
- Change/Incident Management-create content and provide dedicated communication to customers, coordination with external support for issue resolution
- Actively participate in initiatives, projects, and implementations that align with the advancement of financial systems and future organizational goals
- Create detailed test plans and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and process flow diagrams, to support system development and enhancements
Qualifications
- Finance background: at least 4-5 years of experience. Accounting or controlling is a preferred background, but not limitative.
Key Skills and Experiences
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in:
- Administering and supporting Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Working with OneStream, Yooz, NetSuite, or Planon applications.
- IT system processes, including life-cycle project implementations.
- Proficient in analyzing and designing finance processes to meet business requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of transversal finance functions (treasury, accounting, controlling, tax).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle finance systems and related financial tools.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex information.
- Effective collaboration across all organizational levels in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Strong organizational abilities, teamwork orientation, and systems engineering knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
