Business Development Manager – Umbrella Solution Sales

Our Kent based client has grown to become a leader in supplying outsourced solutions covering payroll, tax, accountancy and umbrella services for the international contractor market. Due to the launch of 2 exciting new initiatives, they have an exciting opening for a client facing Business Development Manager to further develop revenue streams within the London agency sector.
As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing accounts through the marketing of our clients all encompassing payroll, tax, accountancy and umbrella services. This exciting role will require you to target the contract recruitment agency sector, where you will manage the entire sales cycle. You will be required to identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams of varying value in numerous high-end vertical recruitment sectors (IT, Utilities, Medical and Engineering etc). This role also carries account management duties with the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell international solutions. It is anticipated that you will spend the majority of your time in the field with the remainder spent at a Tunbridge Wells office, managing your diary and completing sales administration etc. Contact Certus Sales Recruitment for a full overview of this exciting company and their generous benefits package.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years’ proven sales experience ideally gained within the umbrella solutions or contract recruitment sectors. You will be well trained, structured and considered in your approach, highly motivated with first class communication and presentation skills and possess the ability to liaise and influence at every level. You will be within an easy commute (1 hour) of Tunbridge Wells, punctual, open minded and willing to learn new products and systems.
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable salary circa 45-50k dependent upon previous sales experience, with an uncapped OTE in excess of 65-85k in the first year plus an excellent and overly generous benefits package.
