Business Development Manager (EMEA) – Hospitality Software Sales
M4 Corridor
54-66k Base, 90-110k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client, a leading software house with a core business centered on the hospitality sector, provides a comprehensive suite of applications and solution design services for hotel and leisure groups worldwide. With 30+ years of experience, they deliver their leading range of mobile applications, hotel management applications, gateway solutions and dynamic data solutions both direct and through the channel. Due to growth throughout their EMEA region, they now have an exciting opening for a Senior Software Sales Executive to further develop a large and lucrative Territory.
As a client facing Senior Software Sales Executive, you will be home based, attend an M4 Corridor based office once per week and spend approximately 30% of your time traveling throughout EMEA. You will be tasked with wining and managing business in specific countries, achieve revenue growth and development through both direct and indirect channels and build/strengthen relationships with Hoteliers, Hotel groups, and channel partners territory wide. You will participate in regional marketing activities; train and support channel partners in solution sales and manage the smooth delivery of systems and services to all customers. Applications are being invited from experienced sales professionals with 5+ year’s previous hospitality software sales experience. You may have EMEA regional knowledge and will most certainly have contacts within the sector. Along with your previous experience you will be dynamic, enthusiastic, professional and possess first class communication and presentation skills. You will also be highly motivated, results orientated, creative and able to use your initiative. You will have degree level education, be free and able to extensively travel and any additional languages would be highly beneficial.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 54-66k with a first year OTE of 90-110k plus an excellent benefits package.
