You’ll be joining a team of people from many different backgrounds who are united in living our values, doing the right thing for customers, keeping things simple and being extraordinary together.

You’ll be responsible for resolving a range of enquiries from our residential customers politely and efficiently – whether that involves sending out an engineer to deal with an emergency or arranging an annual appliance inspection. You’ll take ownership of each call, getting to the heart of the query, deciding the best course of action and providing the kind of service that earns our customers’ trust. At the same time, you’ll be promoting our groundbreaking products and services.

Everyone who calls us needs us, and some of our customers are very vulnerable. As their first point of contact, you’ll make a difference to their lives, so it’s a job with real purpose and satisfaction where your compassion for customers and providing great service will be all important.
