£30,467 + average OTE of £6,000 + London Living Allowance where applicable 
At British Gas, we have launched Hive remote central heating control, allowing customers to control their heating anytime, anywhere, from their mobile, tablet or computer. To meet the customer demand for this exciting new product our Qualified Electricians are responsible for the installation of Hive systems, alongside all aspects of domestic electrical work.
 
As a British Gas Electrician, you will bring us your extensive experience in all aspects of domestic electrical work including fault finding, installation and rewires. Your customer service skills and ability to solve problems will enable you to diagnose defects, work safely to ensure a first time fix for your customer, and promote British Gas products and services by giving professional advice.

We are looking for minimum qualifications of the City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent) and City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IEE Wiring regulations (17th Edition), alongside a full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
