Job description

You will be working as part of the dynamics and fast paced environment, where you can develop your skills in the sales and marketing team. We are looking for a bright and motivated student to assist in growing the company and generating new business opportunities. We specialise in visual merchandise and creating branded marketing products.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Gathering and processing supplier data.
Dealing with inbound inquiries for promotional merchandise.
Fact finding to get names and contact information of relevant people.
updating CSVs and working with the websites
General administrative duties

Essential requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Excellent phone manner.
Proficient IT skills – MS office package.

Desirable attributes:
Previous customer service experience.
Highly organised, tidy with excellent time management.
Demonstrates high levels of initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salesforce and wordpress experience
Able to handle pressure to meet deadlines.

Desired profile

Relevant degree in Business Administration or Management.
