Purpose of the Role:

When customers subscribe to our products and services, it’s just the beginning of the experience for them. From initial implementation, through to onsite training and support. We’re there at each stage of the journey.

As part of our Engineering Resource Management Team, you will play an important role in being responsible for planning and allocating service and installation calls to our UK Field Operation Engineers. It’s all about building and maintaining relationships within the department and delivering a great service to our customers who you may be dealing with depending on the enquiry. You will be highly organised and will be able to use your interpersonal skills to liaise with customer as well as engineers in order to keep them informed and up to date.

The role will last 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • To plan and organise the work schedules for Field Operation and Regional Support Engineers
  • To liaise with our engineers and customers to keep them informed and updated of all relevant call details
  • Liaising with departments so that any hardware parts are available to the field
  • To record data for quality and statistical purposes.

To be considered for this position, you will need the following key skills and experience:

  • Good project office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams
  • Strong PC technical knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel
