Job description

Duties / responsibilities:

Assisting the Designer to produce samples for new collection using a variety of techniques and tools from knitting on domestic knit machines, using manual linkers, sewing machines, overlockers, to more hands-on craft techniques including beading, embroidery and crochet.

Skills required:

We are looking for someone who is committed, driven, and pro-active, with fantastic organisational and technical skills. Technical skills are ESSENTIAL!

This Work Placement is suited to someone currently undertaking (or recently finished) a knitwear or fashion degree and interested in the following.
