Fashion knitwear internship with new up-and-coming label in east London

Length of placement: ongoing but part-time (Mondays and Tuesdays, but would appreciate some flexibility to work other hours in the week unsupervised)

Location: Hackney, London (E8)

Duties/responsibilities: assisting the Head Designers produce samples for new collection using a variety of techniques and tools from knitting on domestic knit machines, using manual linkers, sewing machines, overlockers, to more hands-on craft techniques including beading and embroidery.

Skills required: we are looking for someone who is committed, driven, and pro-active, with fantastic organisational and technical skills.
