Calling all Polish speakers! Are you fluent in both English and Polish and looking to put your language skills to use in the work place? Or do you already work in a language based role and are looking for a new challenge?
My client, a well established business in Exeter have an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaker to join their team in Exeter on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to handle business to business customer service enquiries internationally. Duties include:
- Accurate, swift customer order and credit processing onto the company system
- Manage sales orders and customer enquiries to conclusion
- Communicate and resolve customer complaints within set company timelines
- Dealing cross border including working directly with the company’s sales offices and shipping departments in Poland, Hong Kong and the US
- Monitor and manage deliveries as well as backorders of dedicated account base
- Liaise with, manage and nurture a successful relationship with internal and external customers
- Learn and disseminate accurate information about the company and its products to support existing and potential clients
- Maintain records and files of work conducted
The ideal candidate will be able to speak both English and Polish fluently and have previous experience working within a customer service/sales environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for the role along with a positive and proactive approach.
