Key Responsibilities:
Support the Client Experience Department with any and all projects. We are looking for a team player that is also collaborative, proactive, organized, detail-orientated, responsive, a self-starter, enthusiastic, adaptable, flexible, tactful, and professional, with a positive attitude. The candidate will uphold the ideals and values of the Cartier Maison.
Concierge Mindset
· Explore exciting happenings in our local market to propose new experiences and initiatives
· Launch regular competitive shopping to stay ahead of trends in the area
· Update internal tool with recommendations to foster a Concierge culture
Monthly Reporting
· Personalization reporting
· Phone systems
· Supply usage
· Shipping
Social Media Monitoring
· Manage social media profiles
· Liaise with Account Managers to optimize service
· Track and change boutique hours and details
· Organize client feedback
· Partner with Digital Media and Marketing teams to communicate brand image by updating profiles to reflect launches
Your Profile:
· College or trade school
· Retail and/or hospitality experience a plus
· Internet and Computer Savvy.
· Advanced skills in all programs included in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
· Social media a plus.
· Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
· Enjoys problem solving, planning, and has the ability to synthesize information and feedback.
· Passion for assisting others and taking on new challenges.
· Creativity and sense of design a plus.
