Job description

You are passionate about learning, innovation and new technologies, and have a successful first experience in project management? We are recruiting a Global Learning Systems Specialist to develop digital learning projects.
Missions:
The Global Learning Systems Executive is responsible for enhancing Carrefour GS’ ability to effectively use technology to maximize training effectiveness and virtual learning capabilities for employees across all geographical locations and for all departments.
The specialist is required to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve the objectives in ensuring the successful implementation of these cross-functional system projects (e.g. Onboarding Program, Self-development program, Quality Academy, IT Security Program, Legal Training, etc) for the benefit of employees’ learning and development.
The Specialist’s primary focus will include, but is not limited to:

·Partner with cross-functional teams in collating and ensuring agreement on online training requirements and content development for all departments and all offices.
·Assess and make recommendations on the use of appropriate digital systems and technology to utilize for the knowledge sharing and training required by the functional teams.
·Liaise with external vendors on the development and implementation of system requirements and content.

·Responsible for user-acceptance testing (UAT) to evaluate system usefulness and provide feedback to vendors in ensuring a smooth system prior to roll-out.
·Collaborate with L&D and HRIS teams in providing cross-functional system training to internal stakeholders.
·Implement effective communication initiatives to ensure the acceptance and buy-in of employees to utilize the new systems.

·Provide end-user support to internal stakeholders on all system-related queries.
·Provide attendance, training progress status and other ad-hoc reports, as well as feedback on online learning for HR analysis.
·Work with L&D and external vendors as a subject matter expert (SME) to evaluate, negotiate and implement new system updates that enhance training effectiveness and virtual learning capabilities.

·You have good written and verbal communication skills

You have/are:
·Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent
·At least 2 years of relevant work experience
·Highly proficient in Excel, with working knowledge in all MS Office Suite software
·Fast learner
·Able to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects and other day-to-day activities
·Able to work in a matrix and multicultural environment
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·Good analytical skills and detailed to analyze and summarize large amounts of data
·Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
·Out-of-the-box thinking
·Fluent in English
