Job description
Based in a busy office you will be taking calls from customers, assisting the customers, entering data onto the system and passing on work to engineers.
The successful applicant must have previous customer service experience and be able to use computer systems. Full training will be given.
They work on a shift system of 4 days in and 2 days off and the working hours are 07.00 to 15.30 for the first 2 days and 14.00 to 22.30 on the second 2 days.
