Office Administrator: Film Sales, Production and Distribution Company - Immediate start
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum depending on experience
We are looking to hire an office receptionist/Administrator to join our team immediately. We are a growing independant film sales, production and distribution company based in Soho, London. Voted the 2015 Best UK Sales Outfit by the Film Business Awards.
As the successful office administrator/receptionist you will be the initial point of contact for any enquiries via telephone or email as well as any visitors to the office. You will be confident and able to address people in a professional and friendly manor.
The office administrator will be responsible for:
- Reception duties - Answering calls and emails
- Ordering of stationary & consumables
- Filing
- Managing the CEOs diary
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with book keeping
- Manage the petty cash and use of the office company card
- Receive and sign for deliveries and coordinate all outgoing post
- Manage all travel arrangements - book flights and taxis on behalf of members of staff
- Liaise with film festivals and film markets to manage and coordinate all festival and market logistics
- Good organisation skills is key to manage daily work load
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
- Ability to learn quickly
- Minimum 3 years office experience preferred, but not essential
- Proactive attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work well with others
- Good telephone manner/confident using the telephone
- Reliable punctual and friendly
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
