Carewatch Care Services Ltd provides individualised packages of care and support to enable our customers to maintain their independence and enjoyment of being in their own home. The care we provide in Windsor is growing fast and we are interviewing immediately for Support Workers.
The type of care a Care Worker will provide will vary depending on individual needs but will always be of the highest standard and may include:
Help with getting up and ready for the day, settling in at night, washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
Domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, tidying, shopping, preparing and cooking meals and taking clients out to the doctor, shops, or social events.
Supporting customers with complex needs.
Accountabilities:
To support customers to lead as independent a life as possible.
To provide personal care support to customers when required.
To adhere to the requirements laid out in the needs led risk assessment and care plans.
To ensure customers live in a safe environment.
To encourage customer’s independence while ensuring dignity, choice and respect at all times.
Attend any training.
To be professional, safe and presentable at all times.

Experience isn't necessary as we can teach you how to be a great Support Worker and will furnish you with a solid understanding of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and complying with legislation. What we can't teach is your natural passion, desire and ability to want to provide the best care possible.
If you possess the qualities to provide first class care then we are keen to speak with you.
Successful applicants will be flexible in their working hours - we have full and part time hours available - mornings, evenings and weekends.
You should be available to work alternate weekends and some evenings in the week.
Full drivers licence and own transport is essential.
£250 "golden welcome" will be paid on successful completion of 3 month probationary period (subject to tax and NI).
