CMG is a leading provider of care and support for adults and children with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and epilepsy.

About the position

We have an exciting opportunity for support workers to join the team at this residential service in Sarisbury Green, near Fareham, Hampshire supporting residents with learning disabilities, mental health needs and some challenging behaviour.

Positions available:-

• Day support workers (£7 per hour)
• Waking night support workers (£7 per hour)
• Bank support workers (£7.56 per hour)

About you

Experience in support work is a bonus, but is not essential, as full training is given. We just ask that you share our passion for ensuring that "every moment counts" in the lives of the people we support. We should mention, however, that this can be a challenging service, so you will need to be committed to your work, patient and empathetic.

You will need to be happy to work shifts - including weekends and bank holidays, occasional sleep-in shifts and also undertake personal care.
