Job description
The award winning Care in Style has been established for over 10 years. We offer support to people with Learning disabilities across 3 residential homes and a respite unit. Renowned for our person centred support and our fantastic staff training. We are looking for support workers as our company continues to grow. Experience is desirable but it is not essential. As we offer a fantastic training and development programme. There is management always on hand to offer advice and support when you need it.
The main duties would include:
Your daily duties will include supporting our residents to lead an individual and independent lifestyle. This includes providing personal care; helping to carry out household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, managing fianances and personal administration; accopanying residents to a number of community activities, including day centres, leisure activities and shopping trips.
As well as supporting our residents, you will provide support to our friendly team by helping to keep the home clean, keeping the paperwork up to date and safeguarding our residents.

We are looking for both full time and part time workers. Morning/afternoon/ evening and night shifts are available.
