Job description

Capital Placement provides university students and recent graduates the fastest and the most convenient way to gain an international internship. We work with over 1500 companies across our 6 programme locations around the world; London, Dubai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Singapore. As leaders in the international internship industry, Capital Placement is the trusted partner of a number of universities around the world, including a number of top 20 universities here in the UK.

During this 3 month internship, your primary role is to build a sustainable partnership with small to medium companies that are looking to take international talent. You should be able to attend meetings and be ready to pick up the phone and contact the companies if required.

This internship comes with tremendous mentorship potential and the opportunity for growth for an outstanding intern. The intern will get a chance to work with a successful business and be exposed to all the business aspects of starting up and running a successful business.

You must be a native English speaker and must have the knowledge and/or interest in learning about international work experience, careers abroad and travel.

Candidates will be considered for full-time roles once the internship has been completed. This role meets the national minimum wage and comes with opportunities to earn more.

Responsibilities will include:

-Researching and identifying potential partnerships
-Assisting with pitching and presenting at boardroom level. This could include presentations to HR (Human Resources) and founder of companies and will require meticulous planning.
-Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements
-Reaching out to current partners and developing new opportunities
-Help shape the marketing strategy of new programmes

More about the role:

Location: Our office in Bethnal Green, London
Salary: National minimum wage with performance related bonuses available
Start date: Must be available to start by May 1st

Ability to thrive Highly organised and focused despite multiple assignments
The right to live and work in the UK

Interview process:

20 minute Skype interview
60 minute in person interview with the two founders
