Capital Outsourcing Group Ltd are seeking a Senior Onsite Contract Manager to join our operations team at our client’s premises across two sites in Hull & Bradford.

You will be managing all aspects of our contract within this major client’s hub. The role is highly varied & whilst you will have the support of the Capital Outsourcing Group team it comes with a lot of autonomy. The successful candidate will need to be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels, managing the full spectrum of candidate inquiries, recruiting new staff, building & keeping accurate KPIs & looking after the health & safety of the staff.

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you need to be:

Experienced with Industrial Recruitment either branch or onsite based.
Strong at client management and servicing at a high level.
Driven by a challenges and earning potential.
Have a key interest in client and candidate relations.

Previous experience in a customer service role is desired and experience of working to and achieving deliverable KPI's is essential.
