We are recruiting for Compliance officers to join our organisation.

The role is specifically focussed around carrying out compliance checks for potential new agency employees as well as the ongoing maintenance of our fully compliant workforce.

Working with our specialist recruitment teams you would be responsible for carrying out compliance checks on all of the new nurses and social care workers that our teams are looking to place. The day to day role would entail monitoring the compliance documentation, the dates that it is due to expire and would also involve the timely renewal of these documents. You would also be required to work closely with the internal teams within our organisation, the internal clinical managers and also with external providers and clients. In addition to your basic salary you will also be eligible for individual commission and team bonuses.

We require compliance officers with a great eye for detail, a very high level of organisational skill, excellent communicate skills and the ability to heavily multi-task. The ideal applicant will have previous compliance experience although we are also happy to consider applicants with relevant transferable skills.
