The successful candidate will work closely with our existing SAP and Hybris capabilities bringing together solutions, market offerings and ultimately to deliver new propositions leveraging both Hybris and its integration with a front and back office SAP solution.
We would expect this person to evangelise on their own solutions, visions and ideas with a real passion and energy to further leverage Capgemini’s capability in this domain. This would involve engaging with key senior stakeholders as well as outwardly facing to prospective clients and able to sell his or her ideas with a real understanding of the value proposition.
Core skills will include detailed knowledge of the Hybris product with the ability to develop innovative solutions to integrate this platform with a backoffice fulfilment solution such as SAP.
• An experienced Hybris solution architect with industry knowledge of the Consumer Products/Retail industry and strong implementation experience of the Hybris product
• An understanding of how to integrate Hybris with a corporate back office fulfilment product like SAP.
• Able to lead and evangelise on product capability and able to architect solutions as part of sales propositions, Market offerings and vision
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts and convert into customer solutions
• Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience
• Experienced with web technologies, application servers, middleware, enterprise application integration, databases, security, performance and scalability
• Strong collaboration skills and team working approach
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
• Architecture in Hybris and e-commerce platforms
• Comes from a Java development background for example Spring, Ajax, Mavern, HTML 5 etc
• Degree educated in computer science or equivalent
