As a Senior Consultant (HR), you will be responsible for business development, building and maintaining strong client relationships as well as the development and implementation of SAP Best Practice solutions.
The position will be a key role within an expanding and fast moving environment, providing direction to the Client to drive benefit from the SAP platform. You will be responsible for development of the SAP HR solutions and helping to build the capability within the team.
Working within the SAP Delivery Centre you will have the opportunity to work within a team to lead and deliver:
- Large Project/Programme delivery
- End to end solution designs for new and existing projects (impacts, blueprints, functional specifications, build and test management, etc)
- Business Change and Transformation
- Incident resolution (root-cause analysis, problem statements)
- Delivery of Maintenance releases (defect fixes)
- Enancement releases (change requests)
