Key Responsibilities:
Resourcing
Daily maintenance of the Resourcing mailbox
Daily actioning of Resource Requests, including liaising with PeopleShop, Capita Agency and Hiring Managers
Attendance/contribution to regular Resource Meetings per week
Manage contractors and renew their contracts.
Communications
Contribution to, collation and production of the Account Newsletter
Organising the Account All Hands Call (content and logistics)
Draft and issue communication notices for the Account
Management of events tracker and invitation responses as required
Induction
Contribution to the presentation material, management of the Account Induction sessions and refresher Fire Awareness sessions) and deliver the sessions weekly to Capgemini and Partner teams
Update Account database with new training attendance data
Management of attendance at mandatory Induction and Fire Awareness sessions
Continue to develop the On-Boarding process and develop new Global On-Line On-Boarding
Change Control (CCAN)
Point of Contact for Capgemini & Client for all Communications
Updating & maintaining CCAN Tracker, including Client CCAN log management.
Production of weekly and monthly reports to the Client
Maintenance of CCAN documentation on TeamForge.
Administration
Develop new off shore resource (team Apprentice)
In Management of the PMO mailbox
Updating and continual cleaning of the database
Administration of the HAL Account’s TeamForge sites (external and internal)
Development and maintenance of the automated database organisation charts
Support to the Executive Management Team
Reporting
Collate and draft monthly Client Commercialisation Report for Executive Team
Monthly Joiners/Leavers reports to Executive Team and client teams
Additional
Cover for the PMO Manager or the team Apprentice in their absence.
