About Marketing and Communications at CapgeminiWith expertise in media relations, web and design services, internal communications, campaign and event management, account based marketing and bid support the Marketing and Communications team supports the UK business by building brand awareness, clarifying our offers and differentiators, and helping to win new business.
The successful candidate will develop and be responsible for the implementation of the Capgemini Consulting (CC) strategy within Capgemini UK. The will include raising awareness of the CC UK brand in our target markets, generating demand for our top offers, in particular our digital customer experience capability, and contributing to both the global and local marketing and communications agenda.
- Work closely with CC UK Sales Director to develop and lead delivery of the CC UK marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with both our Global Consulting practise as well as overall Marketing & Communications strategy - Help to establish a common external theme/brand values for the CC business, centred on our market positioning as “delivering business transformation through (digital) technology”- Lead the development and implementation of the digital marketing vision and strategy ensuring alignment with the business objectives and strategic plans- Work with key stakeholders within CC to develop marketing strategies associated with our prioritised offers, establishing a clear role for marketing in alignment with the broader go-to-market approach for each- Drive awareness and interest in Capgemini’s propositions and generate sales leads through campaign activity- Plan and manage execution of marketing campaigns including identifying target audiences, planning & preparing the campaign materials / activities, briefing agencies. - Manage and drive value from the marketing and communications shared service to the benefit of Capgemini Consulting- Track and measure the success of marketing plans, demonstrating clear ROI- Contribute to PR Strategy working closely with Head of Communications
Essential- Extensive and demonstrable experience in a marketing role, including B2B marketing- Experience in professional services is required- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing and execution of strategies to demonstrate growth- Ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms- Experience in managing the full spectrum of digital channels e.g. SEO, website, social media- A track record in both developing and implementing a marketing strategy- Strong writing skills and thought leadership development experience - Sound knowledge of PR, marketing, and corporate communications fundamentals- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to engage and be seen as credible with senior management stakeholders
