Capgemini is leading the market in advising Utilities (water and energy) companies on why and how they can transform their businesses.
We are looking to expand our team with leaders in Utilities, who have a track record in selling and delivering customer service (including contact centre and operations) and Digital programmes.
In summary:
Business Development: The successful candidate will support the sales activity across Capgemini Consulting. They will shape development of robust and pragmatic Digital solutions for the Utilities sector.
Delivery: forming part of an experienced and flexible project delivery team, digitally transforming Utilities clients, helping them to realise benefits in terms of improved efficiency and customer focus.
You will be:
Putting the customer at the heart of their business and leveraging digital technologies provides a significant opportunity for our clients, however, it brings substantial challenge.
Advising and delivering on multi-channel customer experience transformation, channel mix strategy and channel optimisation, CRM / Social CRM, social media and mobile platforms, customer insight and analytics, customer service, eCommerce, fulfilment, product innovation, customer operating model and technology strategy and Digital applied to network operations.
Generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems and drive out insightful fact-based findings and recommendations – either on a client project, as part of a sales bid or thought leadership.
You will be a high calibre individual, who has and will make substantial changes in how Utilities companies perform, including examples using digital.
Smart Metering experience is an advantage, but not essential, but you will understand the opportunities and changes smart metering offers.
You will demonstrate an understanding of customer strategy, customer experience, channel strategy and customer journeys.
You will have either been working for a top 5 management consultancy, or a top system integrator, supplemented ideally, but not mandatory by working for a leading Utilities company.
Specifically:
You will have a broad understanding of the eCommerce issues that are challenging Directors and CxOs in Utilities companies.
You will have experience of working with technology solution architects to resolve Digital issues such as:
Single view of the customer, customer master management
Product information management
Pricing / promotion
Social media
Digital asset management
Mobile
You will be experienced in running workshops to capture business requirements and develop Digital solutions to our client’s challenges.
You will be strong in project management, budgeting, senior stakeholder management and issue resolution.
We are looking for business solution architects in eCommerce & web / digital solutions who have direct project delivery experience in designing and implementing online solutions across sales and customer service processes. Candidates will demonstrate evidence of having taken a lead role in the design and delivery of online solutions for a Utility client, involving large numbers of end-users and complex multi-vendor system architectures.
You will have the ability to formulate solutions that leverage digital channel innovations, for example: use of social media for ecommerce and customer service; use of crowd-sourcing for testing; use of iPhone; iPad; Android; near field; PoS; loyalty card for eCommerce and customer service.
Knowledge of technologies is useful e.g. Websphere, ATG, Hybris, Oracle/Siebel, SAP, Salesforce, Endeca, Unica, Aprimo etc.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
