To work within the Nairn-based HR Helpdesk Team, reporting to the HR Helpdesk Team Manager. The successful individual will provide HR Administrative support playing an integral part in advising and supporting Capgemini UK employees, HR Managers and 3rd Party suppliers across the UK Business on a range of HR matters.

• Processing employee updates including Business Unit transfers, grade changes, job title changes, reviewer changes and other contractual changes.• Maintenance of employee data.• Opening and processing all post received.• Electronic scanning and filing of employee data. • Preparing reference, mortgage, and visa letters for existing or ex employees.• Develop good working relationships with the team and its clients in the business• Maintain a pro active helpful approach.• Maintain a professional, discreet and polite demeanour

Essential• Excellent communication skills both written and oral• Strong interpersonal skills including requirement to handle sensitive and confidential data• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook• Excellent organisational skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines• Proactive/enthusiastic approach to work• The ability to work either as an individual or part of a team Desirable • Some generalist HR experience• Knowledge of Oracle HR/Payroll and Business Objects
