About Core Services
Alongside Application Services, Infrastructure Services, Capgemini HMRC Account and Capgemini Consulting, Core Services is one of the major UK business communities. Core Services is home to business specialists who support the UK business and the global teams based in the UK. Its aim is to provide both the processes and framework that underpin the business and specialist expertise to support initiatives.
To work within the Nairn-based HR Helpdesk Team, reporting to the HR Helpdesk Team Manager. The successful individual will provide HR Administrative support playing an integral part in advising and supporting Capgemini UK employees, HR Managers and 3rd Party suppliers across the UK Business on a range of HR matters.
Provide assistance to enquiries from employees, HR Managers, 3rd party agencies via telephone, e-mail or post and ensure they are dealt with in a timely, professional and polite manner.
Processing employee updates including Business Unit transfers, grade changes, job title changes, reviewer changes and other contractual changes.
Maintenance of employee data.
Opening and processing all post received.
Electronic scanning and filing of employee data.
Preparing reference, mortgage, and visa letters for ex or existing employees.
Develop good working relationships with the team and it’s clients in the business
Maintain a pro active helpful approach.
Maintain a professional, discreet and polite demeanour
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills including requirement to handle sensitive and confidential data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines
Proactive/enthusiastic approach to work
The ability to work either as an individual or part of a team
Desirable
Some generalist HR experience
Knowledge of Oracle HR/Payroll and Business Objects
