About Infrastructure Services
The Infrastructure Services business unit reflects the Collaborative Business Experience, combining Capgemini’s consulting, infrastructure build and run capabilities, as well as the provision of cloud based services in an integrated global sales and delivery model.  The group provides infrastructure outsourcing services, including data centre, helpdesk and network support, as well as market leading services such as service integration and cloud brokering orchestration. The group also provides infrastructure transformation services, helping clients to virtualise and optimise their technology estates.
About the Cyber Security Unit
The Capgemini Cyber Security Unit (CSU) was formed on 1st January 2015 and has brought together the 2500 security specialists working in Capgemini.   The security specialists operate globally, providing security management, operations, consulting and compliance capabilities to our clients.   The Head of the Infrastructure Services Security Practice has five direct reports: Head of Information Security Pre-Sales; Global CISO; Head of Security Operations; Chief Security Compliance Officer and Head of Consulting and Projects.
 
Reporting to the Head of the Security Practice, the Head of Information Security Pre-Sales will be responsible for driving sales of Cyber Security services and solutions across a range of industry subsectors. This role will promote Capgemini in the market and will build relationships with clients and IT Services eco-system partners, promoting the Capgemini brand and Capgemini Cyber Security.  The role combines both Account Management and New Business Sales.  This is a Director level role in Capgemini.
Driving sales of Cyber Security services and solutions across a range of industry subsectors.
Promote Capgemini in the market.
Target prospective clients.
Lead presentations to clients and prospective clients.
Build relationships with clients and IT Services Eco-system partners.
Promoting the Capgemini brand and Capgemini Cyber Security.
Emphasise new logo acquisition and demand generation.
Driving account management security sales aspects.
Advise the Head of Security Practice Infrastructure Service and bid managers.
Essential:
Strong Pre-Sales and Sales experience.
Demand Generation.
Strong briefing and client managing skills.
Strong people management skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge and experience in Information Security and Internet Security.
ISO/IEC27002:2013 and ISO/IEC27001:2013 Standards and Processes.
Be able to create and drive their own pipeline.
This position has a sales target of €50M+

 Desirable:
Business Development.
Knowledge of Infrastructure Services business, organisation and personalities.
Information Security Architecture and Design.
Develop the business, new revenue streams and directing proposition development.
Desirable Qualifications: GSEC, CCNA, CISSP.
