Talent is a key priority within Capgemini and this role has responsibility for the management of Capgemini’s graduate community within the UK Graduate Apprentice and Placement (GAP) team. You will be part of a collaborative group of professionals who have ambitious and exciting plans to continue to develop the GAP programmes that we offer.

- Lead Capgemini UK’s Graduate Community activities including initiatives such as Giving Back (CR&S) and Mentoring
- Be the face of the Graduate community – representing Capgemini at internal and external events, and communicate key success stories through internal and external channels, including social media
- Gain feedback to continually improve the community experience for the benefit of graduates and the business
- Provide coaching, guidance and advice to graduates to support with their community experience
- Analyse the training needs of our graduates, identifying skills gaps and proposing solutions
- Manage relationship with key stakeholders including graduates, graduate leads, HR and training providers
- Preparation for and delivery of our Graduate and Apprentice induction experience
- Support key initiatives and projects across the GAP and Talent areas, including the Apprenticeship Levy.
