The Capgemini ECM team is a large and growing team of consultants who deliver business focussed solutions for our customers based on Content Management technologies. We work with many different vendors with a focus on technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum, IBM, OpenText and Box. The work we deliver encompasses the full range of consultancy from Content Management Strategy through to delivering solutions, this is all underpinned by a dedicated Center of Excellence in India.
The Enterprise Content Management team in Capgemini is continuing to grow and requires Architects with strong skills in the ECM space. The team are focussed on helping our customers to achieve real business value from the way in which they capture, manage and distribute their information. The team have very strong partnerships with key technology vendors such as Microsoft, OpenText, EMC, Box and IBM and help our customers to gain value from their investments in these technologies.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering ECM solutions and for helping customers use ECM technology to make a real change in their business. The role will require the candidate to perform a number of roles including:
- Development of solutions and proposals for customers
- Advise customers on their approach to ECM
- Lead project teams in the delivery of ECM solutions
- Build solution architectures based on ECM technologies
Therefore we are seeking experienced candidates with two or more of the following:
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management and / or Document Management
- Proven track record of delivering ECM projects across more than one industry
- Experience of working with Agile delivery techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience in at least two of the following technologies:
o Documentum
o SharePoint
o IBM
o OpenText
o Box
