The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is designed to resolve complex business challenges through a first class facilitation capability in a specially tailored and exceptionally productive environment. The UK ASE team focuses on Capgemini’s most important sales and delivery events, and has a hand-picked, high-performing group of specialists dedicated to delivering high quality, high value client interactions.

The crux of the Accelerated Solutions Environment is bringing the right people together, to solve the right problem in the best possible environment, managed by the best possible process; leading to long lasting, collaboratively agreed solutions. These events foster creative thinking and alignment that help clients deliver implementable results weeks, or months, ahead of conventional approaches.

Successfully sell, design and deliver high end collaborative events for Capgemini UK, building relationships with senior cross-sector Capgemini sponsors, senior clients and delegates from a range of large organisations.  Delivering profound results that create real and sustainable change

Co-Facilitating ASE events - responsible for the sale and delivery of high quality ASE events. 

 Developing the ASE team – contribute in a meaningful way to the ongoing development of the ASE venture: inspiring, developing and growing the ASE team (including Co-Facilitators, Process Facilitators and Knowledge Workers), increasing the development of collaborative capabilities, core consulting business skills and wider skill development applicable to the work we do.

Budgeting and controlling event finances – manage event budgets, including personnel costs, operational costs and expenses.

Increasing the capability of Capgemini’s Collaboration Capability by bringing new ways of working and thinking to complement our MG Taylor skills and methodology within the current team. 

 

Essential :

A strong track record of working with, and influencing, teams and senior business leaders in complex organisations in the private or public sector.

Demonstrable experience in facilitating large groups to success in complex events.

Demonstrable experience of group facilitation methodologies. 

The ability to design and lead an innovative project of work to deliver profound outcomes.

Experience of leading, managing and developing teams and a strong record of improving performance through people development. 

Emerging leadership presence that gives permission to get to the heart of a problem quickly and provide challenge that is valued.

The ability to think and work differently to others and therefore make a difference in any situation.
