Join us and be part of our growing FS Consulting Academy - a prestigious consulting graduate programme focussed on working with Financial Services clients, helping transform the way businesses work, behave and deliver their strategic objectives.

Intakes open for application: March/April 2016, September 2016, December 2016, March/April 2017

Over 24 months within our FS Academy, you’ll become a Financial Services Management Consultant. You’ll be helping our Financial Services clients change the way they work and transform their businesses to achieve their goals, and get a wealth of experience within leading Financial Services businesses.

You will be provided with training and development to ensure you understand the financial world in depth and become a specialist in your role. All the roles will be client facing, you will be working and gain exposure on a daily basis to the hottest and most important issues for financial institutions. You’ll create relationships and acquire a foundation of consulting tools and methodologies on which to build and spring board your career within Financial Services.

As part of the FS Academy you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience and industry recognised qualifications in the areas of Business Analysis or Project Management, alongside a core internal programme of Consulting Skills and Financial Services knowledge. There are two learning paths available with the following external accreditations:

1. Financial Services Business Analyst - BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis

2. Financial Services Project Management - Prince 2 Foundation Level & Chartered Banker Certifications

At the end of the 2-year programme, subject to performance, you will progress into one of our Practice teams, with the opportunity for further specialism in Financial Services or the chance to rotate and move into a new sector.

We have a strong history and are proud of our CDC Programme having seen some of our graduates become Vice Presidents and leaders of our organisation.

You will need:

  • ABB at A level or equivalent equating to 320 UCAS points (excluding General Studies)
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • An interest and passion for working within Financial Services
  • Comfortable with working away from home with the potential of up to 5 days per week

We are especially interested in hearing from you if you have previously worked in Financial Services, or have a background in Project Management, Business or Financial reporting.
