Job description
Job Purpose and Summary
Managing the technical product performance during the total product life cycle from pre-launch till withdrawal from the marketplace, including all technical training requirements, services and software related to the product.
Pre launch Service development.
Presale Support.
Post Sales Support.
Training.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Pre Launch Service development Pre Sales Support (Liasing with marketing, assisting with tenders, Sales and Business Consultants and Integration Specialists (Professional Services )
Post Sales Support/ Problem Resolution.
Product Performance measurement, development and reporting.
Proactive Field Support to assist in achieving service and solution targets.
Provide Technology Training / Coaching / workshops as required by the business.
Assess training / development needs through regular contact with business stakeholders.
Design training programmes using a range of methods and media.
Monitor personal effectiveness of training & support provided.

Salary - £35,573 - £37,550 + 5% OTE annual bonus + Company car/car allowance

Desired profile
Experience in Document Management applications
Experience of MS Server Operating Systems
Experience in Document Management/Information Management systems (INVU, IRIS, KOFAX) ideally but training can be given
Demonstrates Understanding / knowledge of Visual Basic or VBA scripting
Good knowledge of different print environments; ( SAP, Terminal Server)
Experienced conducting training needs analysis, development of training courses and delivery of training courses
