Job description

Job Purpose and Summary

As an Customer Services Co-Ordinator known at Canon as a Resource Planner, your role is to support the field based service engineer/technician teams who fix our mulitfunctional devices (photocopiers) for Canon's business customers.
You'llbe part of the Resource Management planning teams in our Reigate office, monitoring the automated scheduling system and manually planning activities and annual leave to ensure the requests for service meet customer service level agreements.

You will have responsibility for planning the availability of field engineers to ensure customer requests are responded to within our service level agreements.  This requires strong monitoring and planning skills as some work will be to oversee the automated scheduling system.

You will work with field engineers to ensure resources are correctly allocated and carry out call dispatch, book off when required and correct mistakes in visit reporting.

Your challenge will be to meet customer service level agreements using your planning and organisational skills to monitor and plan the availability of field engineers whilst keeping our customers informed.

Your excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written) are important for you to excel in this role.  Being a team player you support your colleagues and contribute to the team's objectives. 

You will have previous CRM application experience and a good understanding of scheduling methods. 

Your planning and scheduling experience is essential to succeed in this role.

Salary -   £18,857 to £19,905 + Bonus OTE 5% per annum - 9 months contract
