Job description
Job Purpose and Summary
You'll provide a single point of contact (SPOC) for all incidents, service requests and IMAC (installs, moves, adds and changes) for a defined list of Managed Print Service clients and will ensure that all incident notifications, service requests and IMAC’s are dealt with within agreed SLA’s and managed through to completion. Working with internal departments, you'll ensure that all incidents raised by the customer are resolved within agreed SLA’s and will ensure that the customer has a high quality experience of Canon through their interaction with the team.

You'll capture and distribution of incidents and IMAC requests, ensuring all clients are kept informed of the progression of any incidents/requests raised and also ensure all internal stakeholders are kept informed of the progression of any incidents/requests raised.
You'll manage incidents through to completion and will maintain or improve on SLA’s and KPI’s as agreed with the client . Demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach when working with team members you will be a strong contributor to helping them achieve the team and departmental objectives.

Salary - £18,858 to £19,905 + OTE Bonus 5% per annum
