Job description

Job Purpose and Summary

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience for our Managed Print Service clients.

You will be the single point of contact for all incidents that are escalated from the client's Help Desk and will act as the key stakeholder, ensuring effective communication with the clients Help Desk through the lifecycle of their requests, ensuring the data is accurately recorded in our Siebel service tool.

You will support our internal clients; Customer Service Managers, Resource Management, Solutions Service Desk and the Account Manager along with our suppliers with the delivery of the agreed Service and Operational Levels.

All training will be provided on all Canon systems.

Working as part of a team you will follow all processes and procedures.  In addition to this, within the agreed service levels, you will positively contribute to your individual and team target(s).

You will ensure all requests received are processed within agreed timescales.

Using your strong organisational skills, you will document and escalate any issues to the appropriate level.

You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.  You will have experience using MS Office; in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will have a passion for providing customer service and will put your skills to use in creating effective and efficient solutions to challenges and queries that provide the customer with an experience beyond imagination.

Salary - £18,858 - £20,953 + 5% Bonus
