Job Purpose and Summary

As a Customer Support Co-ordinator you will be part of a Tier 2 team supporting the effective resolution of Tier 1 escalated queries and provide an efficient and comprehensive management of chargeable work by converting non contracted customers to contracts and co-ordinating re-sites for specialist equipment.

You will enjoy providing exceptional customer service and problem solving.

You will have responsibility to resolve customer queries escalated from the Tier 1 team through use of service applications and customer contact.

You will be involved in administering and co-ordinating chargeable activities for non-contracted customers, provide quotes and advise on parts costs. 

Your challenge is take ownership and investigate queries through to resolution or escalation to the Tier 3 team whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Salary - £21,332 - £22,516 pro rata + 5% OTE annual bonus (Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5pm)
