Job Purpose and Summary

Do you have experience of Processing Orders and/or Contract Management in a business office environment?



Canon UK and Ireland, based in Reigate, Surrey is keen to build a pipeline of  talented individuals, who have the experience in Contract and/or Order Management, so that Canon can respond to open vacancies more quickly.

For both roles,  Canon  needs candidates who have experience in
· Contract or Order Management in a business/office environment  - clearly stated on your CV,
· Are highly customer focused and delivery orientated.
· Have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Ability to interpret, manipulate and use different forms of complex data.
· Possess excellent communication skills – external/internal and to find ways to exceed customer expectations.
· Proactive and problem solving skills.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Contract Management generates new service and lease contracts to businesses, using a customized contract template. The role involves handling the full breadth of activities relating to business customer Contracts e.g customer queries, contract billing, reports terminations of contracts as well as working across a number of internal Canon departments to provide an excellent customer service within strict service level agreements. The role is challenging and varied, having your own responsibilities, as well as working very much as part of a team in a friendly environment

This role ideally requires 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Mathematics and English, though experience within contract management arena is also an important asset.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

Experience in using Oracle ideally or similar, though training will be given.

Order Management generates the orders relating to the Contracts as described above. The role involves reviewing the contract and checking on past orders and current customer orders, processing orders using Oracle and monitoring the progress of orders through to delivery. Part of this process also involves generating sales commissions and reports. The role is within a  busy customer services environment,  working to service level agreements. Strong relationship skills are required to work closely with Sales and Credit Control and other departments, to forge strong relationships across the organization and handle customer queries through excellent written and verbal communication.

Familiarity with the progress chasing of  commercial orders and logistics. Knowledge of Oracle or similar would be useful though training would be given.

Salary - Contract Management - £20,620 - £22,916
            Order Management -  £20,620 - £21,773 
Both roles attract a performance bonus of 5%
