Job Purpose and Summary

·  Moderate-significant experience (medium level) as HR business partner/professional within a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
·  Significant experience working in a Pan European/EMEA environment within, preferably, FMCG industry / B2C environment.
·  Proven strong knowledge of Employee Relations and change management (support).
·  Degree level education. CIPD qualification or European equivalent preferred.

At Canon we are working on brand new digital transformation projects for our B2C business, introducing a change to the way we do business. Your challenge will be to balance core HR process and practice  and the dynamic, fast moving changing world.

What will you really be doing?

You will play a key role in driving the implementation of the strategic objectives  and the development of related HR strategies for your assigned Business Units.

As professional HR Business Partner, you are responsible for:

·  Consulting with business unit management during the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies.
·  Assisting in identifying and analysing the HR needs of the Consumer and Sales & Marketing business units. .
·  Driving human resources initiatives within the organization and acting as a trusted advisor to other human resources functions when necessary.
·  Providing tactical HR  support to line managers including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
