We are looking for a

1x Field Service Engineer (f/m)
in one of our subsidaries in Dresden. 

The Field Service Engineer instructs and directs workers in servicing and repairing of the PVD semiconductor equipment machine at world leading semiconductor companies based in Dresden. He advices management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance and suggestions for product improvements.

·  Troubleshooting (On call and customer site support)
·  Tool maintenance, modfication and software upgrade work
·  Training for customer (Tool operation and maintenance)
·  Creating a report at customer site work
·  Consults with engineering personel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance
·  Advice management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance and suggestions for product improvements
·  Supervise workers in testing, tuning and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance
·  Studies schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures 
·  Part inventory
