Job description

Job Purpose and Summary

With a love of technology, a strong interest in photography and a background in digital camera repair, you will have training in servicing, repairing and calibrating professional Canon Camera products and will provide excellent customer service as you give information to customers. You will also have the opportunity to attend marketing events within the UK and overseas, to provide technical support and advice to customers.

This role offers you the opportunity to learn through training how to diagnose, repair, adjust and check all parameters relating to Canon imaging products including professional DSLR bodies, lenses and accessories to required company standards using state of the art computer controlled test equipment. You will be encouraged to attend technical training courses on new products in the UK and overseas as required. You will maintain accurate repair documentation using Canon systems and processes. You will answer and respond to telephone enquiries from customers upon training, involving technical queries, calling customers to seek further information in relation to repairs or to offer advice to customers regarding the use of their products.

You will possess an electronic/mechanical engineering background with strong computer knowledge.

Competent user of MS Office and various windows based operating systems.

You will have an excellent command of English, written and verbal and possess confident customer service skills.

You will enjoy problem solving and creating cost effective solutions to problems. With a customer centric mindset, you will provide excellent customer service.

Salary - £25,586-£27.008 +  monthly productivity bonus + training
