Job Purpose and Summary

The Business Analyst has broad technology knowledge, combined with cross-functional process expertise and the ability to drive the behaviour, results and agenda needed for the business. You have your point of view and ideas, and communicate them effectively, thus, influencing colleagues by supporting them, challenging them, providing unique perspective and delivering value.

In this role you will support the operational processes and projects by analysing and providing key data and reports.
Moreover, you will assess Customer Fulfilment business requirements, identify improvement and bridge the needs of the business with the use of IT and/or data.

In this challenging role you will:

Gather/define business requirements and provide business insight

• Understand business strategy, objectives, process and priorities.

• Effectively communicate business requirements to all stakeholders.

• Work closely with the National Sales Organizations (NSOs), Business Units and Service Excellence teams to develop Business Intelligence (BI) reporting in line with new developments.

• Benchmark NSO’s operational performance to highlight areas for potential improvement. Deliver insight and challenge all aspects of Customer Fulfilment to identify and capture efficiency and process improvement opportunities. 

·  Translate business requirements into solutions. Adopt a proactive approach to report development, acting with speed where required according to the demands of the business. 

Deliver on reportings and KPIs

• Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards that will help identify new business opportunities and/or improve the way of doing business.

• Support existing Customer Fulfilment business by continuously developing and automating management reports and dashboards.

• Manage databases containing the required data to feed into KPI reports and dashboards.

• Ensure all issued reports have a clear definition, are accurate and representable, and delivered on time. Analyse root causes to prevent the recurrence of errors in reports.

• In close alignment with the Central BI team, support the migration of internal KPIs, operational tools and metrics to the BI reporting environment.

• An excellent working knowledge of MS Access or other query/database.

• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Power Pivot skills.

• Experience with different IT/BI systems (Oracle OBIEE and Qlikview).

• Experience of handling large volumes of data and developing management reporting from scratch based on business requirements.

• A good view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.

·  Knowledge and experience of Customer Fulfilment operations and processes is a plus.
·  Ability to articulate a clear vision and business cases, adapting style to continuously seek ‘win-win’ solutions.
• The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues.

• Team player able to work effectively at various levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

• Good situational analysis and decision making abilities.

• Sufficient communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at various levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
