Job Purpose and Summary

We have a two vacancies for an IT Apprentice on our external helpdesk. This is a twelve-month programme and you will gain a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

You will be investigating and trouble shooting  IT related hardware and software problems, for our customers and will ensure that IT hardware/operating systems and software applications are kept in great condition and running well, so that we provide the level of support we have been contracted to provide allowing our customers and their business to continue working.

What we ask

We need people who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to risk new ways of doing things and the ability to see the world the way their customers see it. We're looking for creative problem-solvers like you, someone who can ensure Canon stays ahead in an ever-changing world. You will need Maths, English Language and ICT GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).

You will need

Be a self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude
Be able to demonstrate tenacity when faced with difficult situations, people or challenges
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Act in a professional manner whilst representing the Company at all times
Be computer literate and able to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.
Have good data analysis skills
And a desire to succeed

Salary - £12,000 plus 5% On target bonus
