Key skills
The ideal candidate will have a keen knowledge/interest in all service delivery and productivity within a high volume finishing and fulfilment environment - with specific demonstrable skills in the areas of Quality Control, collation and pre-distribution processes.
A high level of expertise and acumen will be demonstrable for the delivery of assessment materials to exacting quality standards ensuring that the operation achieves its required targets.
A hands-on approach within an environment of conflicting priorities will be a pre-requisite as will the ability to react quickly, effectively and in detail in regards to Quality Assurance.
The ability to maintain ISO accreditation programs is required, especially in relation to 9001, 14001 and 27001 and 22301.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Purpose of the role:
Please note, the purpose of this role is the checking of printed material.
- To ensure that a high level of Quality Assurance of both confidential and non-confidential materials is achieved and delivered to zero tolerance levels at all times.
- To ensure the maintenance of a high standard of service delivery ensuring the excellent reputation of the Canon brand is maintained at all times.
- To work with the Fulfilment Supervisor to identify and implement immediate and effective actions to address any area or process where KPI measurement has fallen below pre-requisite levels
- To maintain all processes and procedures employed within the in-house confidential print facility in accordance with the requirements of all ISO accreditations achieved, and within the requirements of all legislative requirements.
Activities / Tasks:
- To ensure that total quality management controls are maintained throughout the various aspects of Quality Assurance and fulfilment services delivery of printed material.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience Required:
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies
- High level of organizational skills with an environment of high volume throughput
- Good technical skills in relation to identifying non-conformance within printed products

Salary - £16,526 to £16,980 + Bonus
