Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in proactively manage and maintain all aspects of the Service/Lease contract life cycle.

You will Ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of revenue for Business Imaging Group (BIG), in line with Service Support budget and that the customer has a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts.

You will Ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of revenue for Business Imaging Group (BIG), in line with Service Support budget and that the customer has a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts.



Responsibilities and Tasks:

Maximise contract billing by achieving KPI's and SLA's

Validate and activate new customer contracts by checking and authoring orders within agreed SLA's

Manually create Service and Lease contracts in Oracle, as and when required.

Terminate machines promptly and accurately to ensure accuracy of final billing, MIF management reporting and termination Suspense account.

Update customer details including consolidation / de-consolidation work as and when required, to maintain accurate data for billing purposes.

Process Movement Requests for customer collections using correct MR process and ensuring install base records are updated.

Proactively resolve customer queries, looking for causes not just the symptoms

Work with Accounts Receivables to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt issues.

Attend customer visits and service meetings as appropriate.

Manage Lease data by completing rollovers, terminations and renewals accurately and within SLA

Work closely with Key stakeholders to ensure Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts are created and administered accurately with the interests of both Canon and the customer in mind, manage these customers pro-actively to ensure strong relationships are created and maintained.

Approve Lease contracts within required SLA's

Manage, Maintain and bill MoD P2P customers within required SLA's.

Comply with Company policies and procedures (example SOX).

Pro-actively communicate and collaboratively work with Customers, Contract Data Management Team, Order Management, Quote Team, Sales & Service employees, Contact Centre, Resource Management, Finance and Lease & Service Marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need proven experience in managing Customers, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.

Personal qualities:

Highly customer focused and delivery oriented. Strong communication skills to understand internal and external customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations. Proactive & problem solving skills. High-level product, solutions & contracts knowledge to understand implications for service/lease revenue & customer satisfaction.
Excellent organisation and planning skills. Attention to detail; quality conscious. Able to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data.
