Campus Group, the UK's leading student marketing agency and specialists in targeting the 16-24 youth sector, are looking for competent and driven individuals who have graduated within the past 2 years to join our team in the role of Account Executive.

The Role

Working across experiential tours, student ambassador programmes, events and festivals. The suitable candidate will have graduated within the past 2 years. They will be confident and outgoing with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, meticulous organisation and a desire to progress within the marketing industry.

Working with the likes of Bacardi, Microsoft, adidas and Cadbury’s, this leading student marketing agency work on diverse projects that range from student ambassador campaigns to music festivals (and everything in between). They are now seeking an excellent, entrepreneurial AE to join their dedicated team targeting youth markets across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day basis the Account Executive will be:

  • Recruit large numbers of students to perform marketing roles on campus
  • Assist in creation of training documents and training day agendas
  • Co-present at training days
  • Motivation and support of Campus Group’s network of Campus Brand Managers to get maximum results for the brands they are representing on campus
  • Aiding Campus Brand Managers in liaising with university and regional press contacts to help secure PR around brand campaign content
  • Collating all activity results and providing these to Account Managers for analysis
  • Supporting Account Managers and Directors to ensure a prompt and accurate flow of information back to the client
  • Organising the complete logistics for tours and events including the recruitment and management of road show teams
  • Identifying problems and trouble shooting with student projects and activities

- Able to support and nurture teams of bright young students
- Identifying problems and trouble shooting with student projects and activities
- Innovative, creative and excited by something new
- Outstanding and proven communication skills (Written and Oral)
- Quick to grasp and sort a large amount of fast changing information


Salary: £18,000 with opportunity for fast career progression
