due to increased workload announces an open position for:

Junior production manager


To be a JPM in Gordon means to take care of the following activities:

· On a daily basis, manage a team of operators, determine the operations by workplace and adjust the necessary performance of each operator, in order to achieve the target in efficiency.

· Prepare the list of operations (Operation breakdown) based on the garment technical sheet.

· Measure and determine the duration of each operation.

· Analyze and test working methods in order to increase efficiency.

· Production data analysis with graphs and pivot table


Requirements:

· IV – VII level of education

· Analytical / mathematical skills

· Good knowledge of MS Excel

· Team working attitudes

· Interested in learning and in a dynamic job

· Fluent in English
