Poste et missions
You will join our team within the CIO CIB Global Banking & Risk/Digital Client & Financing department, which is looking for a Business Analyst Support for a 18-month VIE starting as soon as possible in 2025.
You will integrate an international IT team that supports and develops the structured financing origination application. This application is deployed worldwide and enables Front Office users in the Corporate Banking teams to operate the structured financing origination process. There are approximately 1,200 users distributed across various geographical locations: Asia, Europe, and America. You will be the Americas representative of the IT team and will perform support and business needs analysis tasks to improve the existing application. Reporting to the local US IT team, you will have functional reporting to the manager of the team located in Paris and will be in daily contact with the IT team in Paris to discuss various issues encountered.
In collaboration with your manager and the team based in Paris, your main responsibilities will include:
· Application support (Hypercare);
· Review of user needs;
· Conducting user workshops;
· Writing specifications.
Monitoring and validating developments and ensuring quality assurance for production deliveries.
This application is developed in the Salesforce environment, and interest in LowCode/NoCode practices, along with a willingness to learn the fundamentals of Salesforce, is necessary to develop the autonomy required for successful execution of the mission.
Profil et compétences requises
With a BAC+5 level, you hold a university degree or an engineering school diploma with a specialization in Finance or Business with an IT focus.
You have knowledge of financing practices.
You demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English and French.
